forgot form today, and I paid for it: patelofemoral pain and ankle pain came back in left leg. need to squeeze the glutes more.

...or maybe it was the 8 miles on the treadmill yesterday....

I remember arching my lower back, which tilts the pelvis forward, and feeling how much more fluid my stride felt.
