2% incline. Definitely felt warmed up aerobically, probably due to this morning's 3 miler. But I felt an overall tiredness because of getting up so early and running. The other fatigue was one of muscle burn in the quads and the glutes. No groin pain to speak of.
So, I suspect I need to warm up for more than just 5 minutes if I do a time trial.
let's see if I can squat tonight.
