Awesome morning! felt pretty good. there were some spots in the middle where I felt a little fatigued, but I got through it. Rand the first 4 miles in about 8:30 pace. Also didn't kick at the end like I did last time, and I still hit the 3 hour mark. First four mile time definitely helped. Knee still swelled up afterwards. Rehydrated with water, 3 tbsp honey, 20 oz soy milk, 2 bananas. Overall I feel really great.
