not much sleep last night. starting carb/protein/baa nutrient timing

weightlifting definitely makes running a challenge. intent is to make the legs "memorize" this pace right now until I can squat 300lb. Once that's done I'll start heavier aerobic training again, along with plyometrics (drop jumps and such).

I'll try to record my weight each time.
