Notes

So disappointing. I thought I was in shape but two things now make me believe I was wrong:

1. I hadn't trained at top speed enough. Only did one 200m interval workout and that was at 35s!

2. My front side strength sucks! I need more hip flexor, core, and bicep/shoulder strength.

I have yet to sprint and feel like I'm going as fast as I can.
