Really cold, really windy. I was sore from the hill workout 2 days ago and the 15 hours of driving to get to LI. I hurt the entire time. Nothing fun about this run at all. Followed it up with a trip to Museum of Natural History with my 4 kids plus 3 nieces and nephews. What a day!
