Notes

tough little run in the park, then 4.2 miles of walking. but I stopped because a) I didn't want to bonk, and b) I didn't want to degrade my stride so bad that my knee swelled up.

It worked! No, or very little knee swelling. Just need to remember to recruit 100% of my quad, glute, and hamstrings.
