Just started back with the barbell training along with drinking more milk. I thought that I was drinking too much milk as I was constantly jacked up at night and unable to sleep. Turns out that I was taking too many vitamins. Dropped the vitamins and upped the milk on Friday and all is well. Go figure. Whole milk is really nutritious.

Stress for next week. 10lb increase in Squats, Swap out Deadlift with Power Cleans, 10lb increase in press. Maybe some more running but not much.
