Notes

Squats (accelerated) 10x3x180lb 10min then 2x1x240lb

BP (accelerated) 10x3x90lb 5min then 2x1x130lb

Felt a bit of strain in right quad during a few of the 180lb sets. The 240lb felt really easy compared to last time I did that weight.
