Notes

I guess this is okay to start with. I was trying for a very controlled effort. Didn't feel 100% fresh. Almost felt like my hip flexors were a bit tired from weights. My core, while stronger, still feels too jerky at that speed. I wonder if I'm not leaning over enough. Will try that on Wednesday.
