Complete recovery between intervals... Supposed to be a two mile time trial, but I felt lots of fatigue on that first interval. Possible contributing factors:
1) squats on friday and not fully recovered
2) sort throat and headache saturday and sunday
3) 3 glasses of wine sunday
4) inadequate sleep friday thru sunday
5) Very salty heavy spaghetti meal sunday night
fatigue was the fullness feeling lower legs. Starting weight was a whopping 201lb while at the end was 198lb. Probably super-hydrated but a bit fatigued from the wine.
