Notes

Woke up feeling really crappy. Joint pain in knees, elbows and back. Didn't take vitamins until after dinner, which I usually take 3 times a day. Might be the run. Could it be something I ate yesterday? Protein shake w/peanut butter, bannana, rice protein. then another with Soy during the morning with lots of almonds. Lettuce salad with black beans, raisins, sunflowers. Trail mix, mostly peanuts, raisons, dates, almonds, pumpkin seeds. Dinner at Moes with rice,black bean, tofu burrito. Snack of walnuts during world series.
