Notes

Thought about doing 3 easy miles this morning, but I still feel yucky.

Feel good about this workout. Mile felt easy: breathing was easy but the legs are still sore from Saturday's workout with the last quarter bringing on a quad burn of which I'm afraid. Quarter repeats seemed to get easier as I went. Remember to focus on keeping the left hip muscles contracted at all times.
