5 hills and 5 sprints. Made it up 3/4 of the hill with pretty good form; made it up all the way on the last repeat; very out of breath and a little asthmatic. oh yeah! Sprinted a little longer today and it felt very good.

Maybe another week after this one. I just seem to find so much use out of this little circuit. goal is to bound all the way up the hill, sprint to the end of fairfax, and repeat 10 times with little rest. Then I'll get to the track.
