Added pre/peri/post workout fueling today. Not very good ingredients just yet, but I'm planning on waximaize+protein+glutamine etc. Today was powdered gatorade consisting of sucrose and dextrose, along with the other junk in there.
I was really gassed during the squats. Probably due to low carbs yesterday. Energy was back up during press. PC was interesting. I felt a burning sensation in my quads... which I usually get during tabata hill sprints. Very strange indeed.
