Weird experience since drinking lots of milk:

First week on milk I could never get to sleep at night. I thought it might be overtraining or too much coffee, but it may have been too many vitamins. Second week of milk was fine. I had quite a few alcoholic beverages sprinkled over the week and I still had a good handle on my recovery. Saturday was a fluke, downed 5 beers over the course of a few hours. I blame it on my brother's birthday party. This week, I can't seem to recover well. I've changed up to running in the morning and lifting at noon instead of running/lifting during lunch. Didn't sleep very well one night. Feel drained after large breakfast and a few cups of coffee, Huge lunch coma effect felt the past few days. Leading to this morning where I thought I was gonna die after my second cup of coffee, just didn't feel right. That's when I decided to gulp down 2 litres of water, and holy cow! I feel sooo muuuuch better! I knew I hadn't been drinking as much water as before; the milk makes you pretty full, and of course there's alot of water in milk. But I think i've been more dehydrated than I was used to, especially in light of last weekends libations.
