Another week down, and still infinity to go...

Left knee starting to swell. Recovery is going well, despite my best efforts to sabotage my training with beer. This week, I'll do my best to run in the mornings and lift at noon. I've also got it in my head to run harder/faster on the Tues. intervals. I think that's coming from an impatience thing. Or maybe due to how well my leg muscles are recovering, and also I may be gaining weight too fast. It's taken 2 weeks to gain 10lbs. Now hovering around 210lb.
