2% treadmill, 1.1 miles in 7 m/m and then .9 at an easy pace. .6 warmup.

Felt some burning in the leg muscles, probably due to overuse this week. Time to shut down the tempo training for the week and focus on next week. Easy miles for the rest of this week.

197.25lb before and 195.75 after. Hard to beleive I started off the week at 201lb.
