FLOOD. Big story of last week's training is the Middle Tennessee flood. It really shook up everyone. We weren't affected very much at all, just a little water in our basement, but the creek along my regular running route rose so high that it affected all the homes on the route. Training was a mental chore because of this; my thoughts and emotions ran from concern for others to my own selfish interest.

Two dumb moves this week: 300lb deadlifts and too fast intervals.

Injuries/sickness: A little pain in plantar fascia under right heel from sprinting on Thursday. Maybe got a cold near the end of the week. Need to monitor both this week and not make any dumb moves.
