mind you, this is hand-timed; I'm just pleased I could bring the effort. Start of last 100m I consciously eased off the effort just so that I could maintain form to the finish, which I was able to do. I could tell that I had more strength, although not enough to speed up at all. In fact, I remember a few times where I almost fell out of form, so I probably don't need to push it until around 10 meters to go.
