Nice sloppy morning LR feat. Joey D. The rain came pouring down like 10 minutes in and persisted through the whole run making for some interesting puddle navigation along the trail. Nice to have some company... picked it up on the way back.
Solid first week back. Wont have much to do for the next 3 weeks and would like to keep my sleep-wake cycle the way it is in preparation for COT, so my mileage will probably stay the same or go up by a bit just out of sheer boredom.
