Nice and easy today to get back into it. Swapping today and tomorrow around in light of the ochem test on the horizon. Getting hungry for some good weeks of miles without any holding back for races
Going to start routine push ups as well. I dont care if that fb picture was photoshopped my arms are small. I think having a little more power in them could keep them from flailing around so pathetically, and maybe give me some kicking speed? So, taking the place of the ole "stride rate" counter, I proudly introduce the pushup counter:
