Heat bump run, very very hot compared to how the weather has been recently.

Starting tomorrow it's going to be a healthy diet of easy runs, 200s, and strides for the next two weeks leading up to Swarthmore. Broad Street will be treated like a workout (fartlek or tempo) unless it's really hot then that might just be an easy taper LR. Either way the works been put in, just have to maintain sharpness, work on that turnover, and get these legs freshened up to chase the dream once more!
