Notes

A different kind of training. I did this little add on just 15 minutes after dinner. I also wore a sweatshirt. I needed to make this add on as uncomfortable as possible. WHY? Because although training for xc is a priority, I also need to prepare my body for the discomfort of the Donut 2k and Pizza-2 mile. This was a "2 birds 1 stone" situation, I got in some extra miles and learned how to endure the pain of stomach cramps that could kill lesser men. I take my runs seriously, and meant to do it earlier...but it got done.
