Tempo "miles" with a group of Colin, G.D., Stewart, and Yang. Things started to split up and me and Stewart finished it up together. Was feeling strong with good turnover in the first 4, but I think the heat got to me, and may have bit more off than I could chew to start. Was getting ready to do 6 and Coach told me know more. No big deal, it was a good effort for the day
