Logging again with GPS data.
Only 2 miles up to ridge and decided to go reverse direction this morning hoping the net uphill miles and headwinds would slow me down. They sorta did. Mile 3 was the "hardest" and I didnt really fight the wind all that much but saw I got faster. Just said "f*** it" and zoned out for the rest of the ET until I got 6 miles in 35:47. Effort was even lower than last week. By next week I am moving up to 7 miles and maybe that will force me to slow down, but maybe I dont need to.
As stated before, cooldown had 6x20s strdz mixed in to save time.
