A send off run from the one and only Pete Feola himself!
Havent run with the old man in almost 5 years at this point, figured since he was getting out the door tonight I would join him.
Classic Pete progression style. 8:00, 7:30, 7:20, 6:50! At that point he was NOT easy running anymore. I guess thats what happens when you try to get a hockey player out for a run!
EDIT: Looking back on it I definitely should have done the Thomas hill. +77 feet of elevation for 400 meters almost exactly. Im a big stoop.
