20 minutes warmup, 25 minutes @ T--> LT, 10 minute jog, 6x30s hard, 30s jog, cooldown back to school.

Definitely believing in the fitness now. 4.4 miles in 25 minutes (5:41 avrg.). This was my race pace for the fire-cracker 4 miler 3 years ago...only 15s slower per mile than my 8k PR. Windy day too, but made sure I focused on not taking rapid panicked breaths and even when a gust of wind would slow me down I kept engaged. The 6 hard efforts were very aggressive as well, had to dig a little with the short recovery. Overall good sesh, feeling FAF.
