All 400's done over hurdles.

First ever real steeple workout. Officially graduated into the school of mediocre runners who do steeple because they cant excel at any other distance (according to Faz).

Would have done this with Benji if he were here. Instead just tagged a distance off of Rob.

Out of the 50 hurdles I had to do I ran around 2, clipped 3, and had 5/6 really good ones. The rest were a usual jumping too late scenario. Confidence getting there, still getting too tired from the leaping. Also glutes/hamstrings tight? Consequence of so many hurdles maybe. Workout pretty difficult, having to alternate between steeple rhythm and flat 800s definitely was taxing. Hit paces most of the time, good for the very low amount of sleep I got last night. Almost an all-nighter. never experienced the cramming sensation before last night. welcome to college ;)
