Little slower than usual. Ran a portion of this with my buddy Aaron, but he is just coming back so the pace slowed down a bit when I finally met up with him (notice the tight loops in the field right around mile 3....thats me waiting...
Good run, once he finally got his feet under him we started running like 6:45 miles from mile 6(mile 9 for me) and then dropped him off at the field house and kept it that pace all the way back home. Couldnt resist running to the end of the street and back to get 13.5 almost on the nose!
