I was going to do a workout with Bryce and Nate but I have a cold coming in that I wish to nip in the bud. SO, what I did instead was pace Bryce for 300m portions of the workout and then slowly jog around the rest of the time. This way I could stay warm and get in a tiny bit of speed work without making my heart rate spike or exerting myself too much.
Bryce's workout was 4x1200 at 82s per lap pace with 400 jog in between
