Ran a very easy 5 - my stomach felt funky and my body was wiped out so I did not make any effort to push the pace. I just went at my own level and tried not to stop - which I was successful at! woo! writing this a couple hours later I still feel exhausted but I don't feel bad or anything. Actually the opposite of - still riding somewhat of an endorphin mellow :)
