went out for a ride on the tri bike for once... My neck and shoulders started getting really sore. I guess I need to spend more time getting in shape for riding the bike. Minimal butt soreness though which is good I guess!
Took a coupla swings at the fuel sprint and was surprised to find that my speed was no better than on a road bike. That tells me that I must be either out of shape or not used to producing power in the aero position... or both!
