300m warmup
1500m cruise with attempted different styles of kicking vs breathing. Seems like the best thing for me to do is the following
Normal swimming (2 strokes per breath, no kicking) 1:50 per 100 cruising
Ambi swimming (3 strokes per breath, no kicking) 1:51 per 100 cruising
kicking swimming (2 strokes per breath, 3 kicks per stroke) 1:52 per 100 cruising
ambi kicking swimming (3 strokes per breath, 3 kicks per stroke) 1:51 per 100 cruising but I was super out of breath at the end of it
