swam in the pool nice and easy like. My achilles got a little sore about 25 minutes in to the swim - probably because of the 50 miler on Sunday. I tried swimming easier but it remained sore.
Went and played 2 hrs of beach volleyball on it later though which I bet wasn't a good idea
