Bike path run. Was reading the GOC log and was motivated to stay committed.

Hamstring was good on the way out but the extended down hill on the way back aggravated it a little. I think it comes from the back seat running which gets exaggerated on downhills. Need to stretch/mobilize the hip flexor psoas more
