5,4,3,2,1 miles @ MP with 2 min jog.
This went well. I went over to SUNY to have a good uninterupted loop. I started faster than I should have, but ended up sticking with it. It was a little colder than ideal conditions, but not too bad. Had a quick bathroom break right after the 4 mile. The loop is nor perfectly flat, but actually rolls throughout. I am very happy with the results. I am linking to last years workout below
