my body was not liking it today, but my brain was in the mood to work so we got that shit done.
first Crane hill felt like this workout was gonna be a million years long, but then i blinked and we were already done with 4 of them. locked in well and then worked hard the last two, but kept the form looking good and relaxed. the fartlek section felt nice, caught a long gust of wind at the end of the 5-minute rep and I ate that shit, headwind is yummy. track work felt like thresh and was too fast for Vo2.
