felt very much like a workout. the 800 probably hurt the most and the pace was the worst so i'll take it. I was feeling slow on the second thresh rep, but turns out Conner is a literal beast so we bossed the fuck up and went fast because he kept me positive when the tree root thoughts were starting to creep into my head. he cooked me on the 400 but that's okay Arthur will just be a 10k guy.
