felt really solid today, number 5 on the k's definitely hurt, and looking at the splits that 2nd 400 got to me but maybe it was just slower coming back than the ones going out. Overall it just felt like a nice workout. Packs were great today, ours wasn't perfect today but everyone else was saying theirs was consistent, tight, and hitting pace. Real proud of everyone today.
