definitely could have gone a little quicker on that 3 min rep if i would have known it would have made that pace progression look good lol. anyways, went a little hard on that back half but the last 5 minute rep was the only one that didn't feel easy. i should've just gone and hit a mile with the front group, withing the first like 30 seconds of the rep i was already in no mans between them and the chase pack. around 2 to 2 and a half owen wyatt and cart passed me and i hung onto them pretty well, so all in all, not too bad a day
