felt good, right hip was bothering me a bit on the last half or so of the last two reps, felt fine on the cool down though, idk if i just need to get a little more used to the faster stuff, these 400's are 5 or so seconds faster than my last Big Dawg on average, but we still on the broken garmin grind so that's just an estimate.
