supposed to be 800s TCVTTCVT 400s all Vo2 T=2:54 CV=2:47 Vo2=76
BUT it was windy and i am bad at pacing so it went

effort wise this was exactly in the right spot but the paces make me look like a very silly goose. the CVs were all faster than the Thresh which is cool and I thought the 400s were at the interval for the first rep but after that i chilled a little bit. Takeaways from today:
-pace better
-need stronger hips
-don't let your form turn into dogshit when you start to get tired
