I had a hard time getting out of bed, but I told myself I'd be kicking myself in the butt if I skipped another run. Ran on the treadmill 4.0 - 4.5 mph with 30 second speed bursts of 7.0 for the first 2 miles and 6.0 for the last mile. Worked hard. Felt really good after. I'm glad I got up. (478c)
