Temp was 3C when I started and by time I finished it was 12C. Really good run. I was slower at the beginning about 12 min per mile but around mile 10 or 11 I picked up speed to average about 11 min per mile. BR at 4 1/2 miles at French Bay. At 13.1 miles the time was 2:29:59. (1472c) Felt good after but legs are a little stiff.
