Notes
3.0 - 4.0 for run. Tried to keep it 4.0 or below as I was adding some distance. At .4 and 2.74 miles I had to stop for a quick BR break due to my stomach acting up. Kim also interrupted me by phoning about .5 mi into the run. I had a hard time to keep going for the full 3 miles especially considering all the interruptions.
I ate a 1/2 a grapefruit before my run today.
Food yesterday
- 1/2 grapefruit
- Hot cereal mix for breakfast at work (this was high fiber and could be culprit)
- 2 buns with chicken spinach tomato and margarine.
- vanilla pudding cup
- 1 orange
- At North of 54 (Shannons Mugout) - Western wrap (turkey, ham, vegetable & guacamole) and Greek salad with strong dressing.
- Lots of green tea during the day.
- 1 glass of red wine in the evening
