COMMENTS: I haven't run for 3 1/2 weeks due to an injury (I pulled something in my right knee). I should have started up again at least a week or a week and a half ago but just didn't. Today I just got up and ran. I ran north along the dirt road from my house in CG. The back of my quad muscles were sore this morning because of gardening on the weekend, however I felt good throughtout the run. I made my goal of 6mph average even after not running for a bit. I must have needed the rest.
