3.0 - 4.0 in first 5 min, then 4.1 until last .2 mi where uped it to 4.2. Felt really good during whole run. For about the first mile I tried to focus on my form keeping my posture straight and leaning slightly forward from the ankles. I'm not quite sure how I did with it though. Then I watched a show on my IPOD which helped the time go by quick. (wearing Q) 484c
