I had to work at 6:30 this morning so I would have had to get out of bed at 04:00am if I did the run in the morning. I just couldn't do it today. After work I forced myself to run, even though I was beat tired and didn't want anything to do with running. I'd be kicking myself in the butt later if I skipped another run. I started 3.0-4.0 for the first 2 minutes, then every minute I'd increase the speed by .1 of a mile until I got to 5.0, then I'd repeat again starting at 4.0 and going up to 5.0 a total of 4 times, and finishing the last few minutes at 4.0. The last couple repeats were very hard when I got up to about 4.8 and I wanted to cut it short, but I forced myself to continue. Watched 2 episodes of Charmed on my IPod which helped get me through the run. Felt good after. 640c
