Notes
I ran downtown Saint John and zig-zagged through the streets. I also ran the path along the waterfront on the way downtown and the way back but it was only about a mile long. There was a lot of hills on this run. It was a good run but my legs were a little stiff. I think that after the 9.2 mile walk yesterday when my legs were already stiff, that this run was probably a bit too long.
